4. Now, if you run out of time and you have to move before your house is sold, think about renting it out. Just don’t forget to include your right to show the property in the rental agreement. Or get around the whole ‘trying to find a buyer while you’re renting thing’ by renting with an option to buy.

You can avoid the frustration, obligation, hassles and fees of more traditional methods and receive a fair offer by contacting a reputable real estate investor or company. Someone, say, like me. Look for an investor with a website so that you can do a little research first. Then call or email and ask questions. I think you’ll be pleasantly surprised by how quickly and painlessly your home gets sold.
